Stephen Elliot has combined his phenomenal DJ talents, music and mindfulness coaching to bring you something rather unique and fabulous. Kelly Elliot is an experienced wellness practitioner bringing a unique style of yoga to perfectly compliment this event. The couple have also put together an incredible list of guests for this event, including Radio Presenter and Author, Gina McKie; Author, Colin Stevenson; and Yoga Master, Zoe Hill McCully.

10:00 AM - ARRIVE & SETTLE IN

Start your day with a delightful breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit, pastries, and your choice of tea or coffee. Take this time to unwind, meet fellow participants, and connect with our expert wellness coaches in the serene surroundings of Folkerton Mill.

10:30 AM - MINDFULNESS

Nicola Wilson from Be Your Moment will lead a mindfulness session, including a serene walk around the picturesque grounds of Folkerton Mill. Learn techniques to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and increase awareness, followed by a breathing exercise to help you regulate emotions and find balance.

11:30 AM - SEASONAL YOGA

Next, experience deep relaxation with Kerri Thomson from Platinum Yoga. Enjoy a calming Seasonal Yoga session, including breathwork and a transformative Yoga Nidra. As you enter a state of complete relaxation, you’ll feel inner peace and tranquillity wash over you, setting the tone for the rest of your day.

12:30 PM - LUNCH

Indulge in a beautifully curated grazing table filled with seasonal delights. This is the perfect time to relax, savor the delicious food, and enjoy conversations with new friends.

2:00 PM - SWEDISH MASSAGE

Experience the calming power of touch with Emma Thomas from The Core Massage Therapy. In this special session, you’ll learn massage techniques designed to bring relaxation and calmness, which you can easily practice at home.

3:00 PM - WELLNESS SESSION

Fiona Leishman will deliver a sound bath meditative experience designed to promote relaxation and well-being through sound waves. Relaxing in a comfortable position while a relaxation is enhanced with singing bowls, gongs & chimes. The focus is to create a wash of sound that envelops the body and mind.

4:00 PM - MOCKTAILS & SWEET TREATS

Wrap up your day in style with our signature Mocktail and sweet treats, served in the unique and cozy setting of the Folkerton Mill bar.

5:00 PM - WE FINISH
